What We Do
and When to Work With Us:

Keynotes

Working with confidence as work changes fast—as we grapple with everything from ever-changing AI (and threat to jobs) to exhaustion and burnout at an unprecedented scale, what are the simple moves that help us get things done today—and position ourselves well for an unknowable future.

Workshops

Take a sticky business challenge—a stuck team, a stalled transformation, the AI journey, or just persistent productivity lags and pervasive burnout—and work through your Effectiveness Architecture, leveraging data and evidence, to come out the other side with a practical path to breakthrough.

Effectiveness Coaching:

Understand your Knowledge, Methods, People, and Tech ability, and forge a path to getting it all done in a way that works for you… and doesn’t lead to exhaustion. Coaching can be 1:1, technologically enabled across large populations, and anywhere in between.

Organizational and
team power-ups:

Take a key opportunity or challenge—at any level from a small team up to the whole organization—and define the Effectiveness Architecture using data and evidence. Then build a path to the future that’s pragmatic and truly… effective.

Why Anthrome Insight exists

Today's fiendish challenges around leadership, workforces, and workplaces call for us to put our detective hats on and employ a multidisciplinary approach.

Here are some of the complex "people stuff" problems Anthrome Insight helps solve:

"Something's changing in our business"

New technologies, new markets, new competitors - how can you best position your team- leaders and workforce alike - to support changed business goals?

"We need this team, group, or function to perform better"

Organizations today dream of the teams of the future while struggling with the capabilities and ways of working for the present. Can an evidence- driven look at your people help get your team - of whatever size - to the next level?

"We have a persistent people glitch"

People in a critical role keep quitting. A whole group of folks are mysteriously ineffective. A structural change just isn't working. What are the true roots of your people problem - and what does solving it really look like?

"I myself want to work better"

The trickiest part of being a leader today is honestly just navigating the jungle of how work gets done. We'll work with you to re-engineer your working days and working ways to minimize exhaustion and maximize impact.

"Help, our transformation is stuck"

You've invested time and money to rethink your business - but your transformation efforts are strangely motionless. Can people be the lever to get things moving again - and if so, what needs to shift?

"It's time for us to be intentional about our people"

Your organization has hit a maturity or inflection point where it's critical to get leaders, workforces, and work right. Can a smart, minimalist people strategy change your organization's future?
